Payment
We accept local checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and many stylists have a waiting list. Therefore,
changes or cancellations require 24-hour notice. NO SHOWS are charged for
scheduled services. Second NO SHOWS can be denied as clients. Please
schedule your appointments carefully.
Charges are based on the length and condition of your hair, the time required
to provide you services, the chemicals required for treatments and the stylist's
years of experience and training.
We feel our job is not complete unless we see the finished product.
Styling is complimentary with all chemical services. This allows us to see
that all-important finished look.
Any product that you are not satisfied with may be returned for a refund or
exchange provided the bottle is more than half full. Please let us know if
you are dissatisfied with any service before you leave. This will allow us
to meet your needs. If for any reason you are unhappy with any service, we
will redo any service within seven days.
A $30 charge is assessed on all returned checks.
